Swax Lax soft weighted lacrosse training balls are specially constructed to mimic the exact dimensions of a regulation weight lacrosse ball. The ball is highly durable and shock absorbent, and it's suitable for shooting at high speeds.

Weight : 142 to 149 grams
Diameter: 64 mm

Amazing training ball. GET IT NOW

I started to actually enjoy it because I would always get early to practice or games and there’s always a wall in the locker room so I just rip it against the walls and nothing really happens
