    A great deal on sale

    My son loves these. He immediately took the arm pads off, which he liked that he could do easily. The removable sternum pad is very thick, but not obtrusive. The plastic shoulder pads are lower profile than some other models he tried, which he also likes.

    Good for one season

    Only bad part is that the velcro straps only lasted one season which is pretty important! We had to tape the straps down and go all the way around my son''s torso with tape to hold the pads on. Other than that, these pads provided a lot of protection for 1 year in level U9.
