These little balls are fun to play with and very effective at massaging, and thereby mobilizing, scar tissue in my hand. Just what the therapist ordered!

I was first looking for a PT ball that was a bit smaller and yet a bit firmer than a regular Lacrosse ball when I found these STX's orange balls. They are great for facia massage. Then, being at wits end to play with our Grand Puppy one day, I used the ball for the dog. It bounces high and predictably, and it is soft enough to chew, but not so hard that it's bad for his teeth. It also makes a slight squeeking noise as it rubs against his teeth during a chew: another great attribute. I LOVE these balls for all sorts of uses! The grandkids also use them for playing Fiddle STX, that is, when the dog isn't catching them first.

Once I found enough mini lacrosse athletes to form a team, we challenged even full sized teams to our brand of low ballin’ mayhem. They toppled like diseased Dutch Oaks! Thanx to our new STX mini balls, There’s a new stick in town.

These balls are softer than other mini balls, which is nice for playing with minimal pads. They don''t fall apart like the Warrior balls, so they last plenty of time if kept off concrete and asphalt and if not left out in the sun. They have the nice bounce that makes turf more interesting. Because they are slightly more expensive than the SportStop balls, I buy fewer and just use them for bigger get-togethers and tournaments.
