    Best complete stick on the market (along with SK Legend series) intended for entry-level players

    Picked up mine from Walmart admittedly, at a deep (85%) discount from the common $100 price tag. First lax gear purchased since STX Viper stick circa 1995, after an extended hiatus from the sport. Have since amassed a fleet of 30+ sticks, covering a wide spectrum from junior & entry level models to "advanced" and current top-of-the-line - both pre-assembled and custom assembled complete attack/middie sticks mostly, and nothing introduced prior to 2010, approximately. So, I've had a significant basis for comparison. Now, onto the actual review, having provided that brief background intro for context.

    The stick is everything an entry-level player needs, and more, and is truly "game-ready" off the shelf. Throws where I want it to, and consistently, with nice amount of feel, impressive overall durability and strength/weight ratio. The black on black on black color combo is both aesthetically pleasing, and makes it a go-to option for messy outdoor conditions which would noticeably spoil the aesthetics of any white or light colored head/mesh/shaft components (especially mesh, and irreversibly). Factory pocket is more suited to consistent and accurate passing/throwing rather than hard or long range shooting, though pocket on Mark 1 head could certainly be adjusted for more whip if desired, whether thru tightening shooting strings and/or adjusting pocket placement.
