    Good, and not as bulky as people seem to think

    I thought this would feel bulkier than it does, but it really doesn't get in my way. I'm 5' 10" and 135 lb and the medium fit best for me. I think I'd still prefer the version with the buckles but the velcro hasn't stuck to my pinney or anything and hasn't caused problems. It feels protective but doesn't get in my way, which is good as a defender.
