Highly recommend
Cascade has made an excellent product for girls lacrosse. This helmet is lightweight but protective and the integrated goggles are a great feature. Not as heavy and restrictive as a boys helmet. Does not impact movement or peripheral vision during field play.

Work for one child not the other.
Fit is not for everyone. My oldest has no issues, the headgear fits really well. My middle child has an issue with the chinstrap cutting into the neck, the over ear strap loops won’t hold the strap forward on the jaw and affects breathing.We tried using the small pads to move the lips forward but nothing worked.Trying the hummingbird next for that one, even though the size chart said a large was needed, it swallowed the head.
