Nice back pack except....
The look and functionality of the backpack is great. My daughter loved the simplicity of the bag and everything it had to carry her stuff. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the key chain latch on the outside of the bag broke only after a week of use (she attached her mouth guard case to it). The customer service at Sport Stop was so helpful and replaced the bag at no cost.
