GREAT PRODUCT
After years of using the old Gait End Cap (cork cap), Gait went out of business. When I couldn''t buy any more Gait end caps, I switched to STX Elite Lacrosse Cap. STX improved upon the old Gait end cap by making the easily removable-- something you couldn''t easily do on the old Gait end cap.Well not Gait has come back to life again, and re-introduced a redesigned version of their old end cap. You can now remove their plug without destroying it!So which to buy-- STX end cap or Gait end cap? It depends upon your preference. STX cap feels like it has a slightly larger diameter, with less thickness. Gait feels a little lower profile to me. I prefer the Gait end cap slightly-- but its probably because I''ve been using a Gait end cap for years.Bottom Line-- both STX end cap and Gait end cap are great products!

Great lightweight durable end caps
Love these end caps! They are light, durable and save on tape. Most of the other end caps like this add weight and are poor quality.

Nice end cap. If you shoot really hard it can come down a little bit but it’s easy to push it back up
