Rage Cage Visor V6's (goal not included) best feature is angularly adjustable side net sections, for practicing low angle shots. More surface area of netting means less missed shots.
Visor-V6 does not mount to the crossbar or the back of the uprights. It clamps to the sides and front of the upright pipes. This allows it to be compatible with all net fastening systems which connect to the back of the uprights and crossbar. In short, this mounting system is compatible with most goals net fastening systems and frame types, not just Rage Cage.
Visor V6 uses "Pipe Protectors" (PP) a unique feature that prevents the force of tightening the Thumb Knob bolts from scratching or denting the goal frame. The PP's flex and bend to adjust to any size goal pipe and function automatically.
The upshot of this, is that Visor V6 installs faster. Be careful to notice the actual time, (from "out-of-the-box" to "shooting"), when comparing Visor V6 to other "similar" products. In some cases, we found more than an hour difference!
Rage Cage Visor V6 is universal in terms of:
A. Fits common size lacrosse/hockey goal pipes, which are 1.25", 1.5”, and 1.75”.
B. Compatible with rounded - radius bent corners, square - miter cut (45 degree), and welded corners.
C. Fits on all goals, not just Rage Cage goals.
D. Works well with all net fastening systems: Welded lacing bar, Rage Cage Net Fastening System clips, Traditional wrapping net lacing cord around the pipes, Grommets and frame bolting system, Weaving bar/metal retainment ring system, etc.
Rage Cage Visor V6 is designed to be used on lacrosse and hockey goals. For use with hockey goals, roll up the bottom side net sections (including the extender pipe and net pocket) and hold it place with the bungee cords.
