Although we got the string successfully tied to the stick, the string is simply too thick for the top string of a girls head. The string loosened immediately after one use. The top string should be thinner than this.
A great top and shooter string for Women''s Heads.
The shooter string was much thicker than even the thickest I currently have in my sticks. I returned the product, and shipping was pricey!
Great string which can be used for top/bottom string. Can also be used for shooters. especially the top shooting string. Good durability and withstands scrapes pretty well. Only issue is the thickness. Its fairly thick. On some heads, I had to drill the side top hole larger to get the string to go through, especially if you loop the string twice through the same hole. Not a real big problem but something to consider. Highly recommended
If you are buying string in bulk, then you do custom and aesthetics are as important (or more) than function. I''ll assume this stuff functions just fine for white string. Time will tell. What I can say for sure is that it does not take dye well at all. The crosslace and sidewall string I have (jimalax) take colors well and quickly. I left this top string material in the dye (RIT) overnight and still couldn''t get the deep accurate colors I got on the other string I was dyeing in the same batch. 2.5 stars rounded down to 2. I will try to return as string that won''t dye does me no good.
