Upfront Shipping Prices:
We believe that you should know the shipping charges before you begin the checkout process. To find the normal shipping rates for your items, place them in your shopping cart, enter your zip code and you will be given a total with shipping. For large packages or items that go via truck, it may not be possible to give you an exact quote. In those cases, your order will state "Actual Cost To Be Determined" when you finish the checkout. We will then contact you in one business day to give you an exact freight quote.
For international orders, you must start the checkout process and provide your shipping address before an international shipping rate can be calculated. However, you will be given the shipping rate before needing to provide any payment information. Again, depending upon the size of the package, if the cost cannot be determined, your invoice will state "Actual Cost To Be Determined" and you also will be contacted within a day to give you an exact shipping cost.
