Beginners: For first year players 10 or older we recommend a full size stick with a wider head and soft mesh. The wider throat allows the player a bigger area to catch the ball and the soft mesh allows the ball to stay in easier. As the player gets better, they can use more specialized heads with a thinner throat and hard mesh which will give them more control when they throw the ball.
