I''m planning to stick with the Shock Doctor version.

Decent for light practice or working out, keeps cool but the cup design is poorly ventilated

the construction of the short itself is great...nice waistband, good fit, and Great breathability especially for warm weather with mesh construction all around, as far as the cup and built in supporter goes, if you''re fit and wear it just below the waist and snug, the jock and cup should fit fine, and like the shorts are meant to be...loose but still protective. Biggest drawback is that the cup has some odd foam in it, and has only two holes at the top for ventilation, combined with the inner jock being of a rather thick polyester that doesn''t breathe well, and no good ventilation in the cup, it gets rather swampy fast...best bet is to either wear it without the cup, or, throw in a flexible shock doctor cup, which is what I did, and it works quite a bit better.
