Not Holding Up Well after 1 Year

by From DFW, TX
My 3rd grader has already torn both gloves at the thumb after a year with these gloves. (Quite frankly, I just noticed, they could have been torn for some time.) Granted, I got them at a very good price, but if I'm to believe that these were $126 in 2013, I'd expect better durability from them.

I'm not looking at these as $30-$40 gloves, but as $120 gloves bought at a deep discount because my son isn't concerned about wearing this year's model (yet) and I'm looking to save money where I can. In either case, I'd like to get two seasons out of a pair of gloves while my son's still 9.

As a comparison, his super cheap Maverik Charger gloves that he wore for two years (Fall, Spring, and year-round Club) still don't have a tear in them. Now these are $30 gloves (when not in a starter package) that I'd expect to perform like $30 gloves.
Pros:
Protection, Floating Cuff, Heat Gear Liner, Looks (Black and White model)
Cons:
Durability

Sizing is a bit different.

by From UTAH
The sizing on these gloves is a bit different than other brands. We found they ran small and the fingers were really tight. We don't know how well the gloves held up as we ended up having to return them.
Pros:
Color.
Cons:
Sizing.
