SportStop.com always has great prices and selection but they are so much more than just an Internet website. They are real people that will work with you to get the best price on the right gear. If they don't have what you need they will recommend a reliable competitor. As a youth lacrosse coach over the past 5 years I always recommend their website for new gear purchases. I have outfitted both my sons with the best gear at insane prices from their SALE area. Recently our program went looking for the best price on top of the line, anti-concussion technology lacrosse helmets. It was no surprise that SportStop.com was the lowest price. The surprise was how easy it was to place our orders and how quickly we received our new helmets. Use SportStop.com. You will not be disappointed.

I started buying from SportStop.com back when they were mainly selling closeout products at the best prices available. They have come long way from those days to be the only place I buy gear and apparel now. Not only do they still offer the best prices on closeout gear, but also on the latest products available! Although the prices are very good, its not the main reason we utilize Sportstop as an equipment vendor. They are very good with customer service, advising you early on in the process about inventory, delivery times, etc. Sportstop obviously appreciates team business as it always goes the extra yard. The turn around time is excellent and the fact they call you if they is ever a problem, actual or forseen, eliminates headaches in equipping your team.

I reside in Alberta, Canada and was looking for lacrosse equipment on kijiji and this site came up as an alternative. I was very pleased with the product and especially that it came in a set which I couldn't get up here. Eugene went above and beyond to make this experience a great one and so did Jessica, sending me an email to let me know that one of the items was on a 2-3 day backorder. Thanks isn't good enough for both of you so THANKS SO VERY MUCH is what I want to say. I will receive the package next Wednesday and my daughter will start lacrosse when the ice comes up of the arenas as hockey is still going on right now. Even with the shipping, duty and taxes, it was still cheaper to purchase through sportstop rather than having to purchase the items separately in Alberta. Will have no problem shopping here again and reccommeding other friends to do the same.

The SportStop website always has amazing sales, that cannot be beaten.  I purchased a Brine Swizzle scandium about a year ago.  . I found this lacrosse stick on your site, complete with head and stringing, for $100. This was the best price by far and I still use it to this day. I also recently purchased a Goalie stick and shaft, and it was shipped to my house within three days, which was really cool. I will continuously purchase from your site. The videos you post on YouTube are very easy to follow and give great insight to all the lacrosse equipment on your site. As long as you keep the site the way it is, I will always be a loyal, returning customer.

I ordered a few items and received them promptly. In that purchase I paid for Shipping , duties and taxes (I ordered from Canada). However I received a bill from FedEx a few days later. I was pissed as I felt i'd have to fight through layers of customer services and answering machine in order to fix the problem. Fortunately Eugene answered the phone right away when I called. He told me to e-mail him every documents I had received from FedEx. I received an e-mail a day later saying how sportstop had taken care of the situation and not to worry about it. I love sportstop! They have all the hot equipment on the market for the lowest prices possible. I have ordered from here a few times, and the packages always come 3-4 days later. Great gear for the BEST prices. Although, i have one request. Can you start selling NIKE lacrosse sticks and equipment? I used to have a nike shaft and it lasted my like 2-3 seasons. You should also get the pads, because the NIKE ELITE GLOVES are amazing.

I recently ordered goalie gear for my daughter. The packages arrived quickly but found two issues. A thumb guard was missing from one of the gloves and the custom helmet was missing the throat guard. Gene resolved both issues quickly and was able to rush out the replacement gloves in time for my daughters games. Appreciate the efforts to correct and will certainly use this site for future purchases!

good service and fast email response. ordered marc mesh and a marc mesh stringing kit. considering all the different string color options for the kit (very cool!), they still managed to get the package out the door the same day. i opted for 3-5 day delivery but package didn't arrive until 6th day. i was told 3-5 'business' days. i wish that was noted on the delivery time schedule as it missed my son's b-day. anyway, great products at good prices and fast out the door shipping.

Ordered the debeer tempest pro lacrosse head (for a really sick price compared to everyone else) on the 11th, shipped from NH to LA and was here on the 13th. However I do wish they included the total order amount in the confirmation email. It didn't include shipping cost, but it does tell you when you make the order. I Just wish there was an email that included it all, instead it just includes the price + tax, which there is none, which is also nice :)

I would share about the outstanding customer service I received today. I sent in an order last night and upon reviewing it I realized I forgot to place on order for a hat that my son desperately wanted for Christmas. I had placed a large order and qualified for free shipping and I did not want to pay for additional shipping on one $15 hat. I phoned customer service this morning and talked with Zach. He had told me that the order had been fulfilled but he would check to see if it had left the warehouse. He called me back and said that he found the order and would include the hat with that shipment. He was so polite and did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing him in anyway. At a time when exceptional customer service seems to be a rarity I really appreciate Zach's efforts. i bought a maverick spider 17 and wanted it strung up with a pita pocket. i loved how they strung it. but the shooting strings weren't very good so i redid them. but other than that. this is the best place to buy from. i orderd on a sunday and it took 2 days to ship

I have always shopped at SS for my sons' lax needs. The always competitive prices speak for themselves. Whenever I've needed to return an item (for ex., because I ordered the wrong size), SS employees (such as Steve Couto) always have been extremely competent and kind.
