Test Drive for 45 days
It can be difficult to tell if a new product is right for you. So we are giving you the time and opportunity to test it out for yourself. Products with the SportStop.com test drive icon are eligible for the Test Drive program.
How does it work?
- 1) You buy the item
- 2) You try it out
- 3) If it doesn't meet your needs, return it within 45 days of your purchase date and you will receive a credit that you can spend on something else. So go ahead and give it a try. If it doesn't work for you, then send it back. We want it to be easy to try out the latest and greatest gear.
Fine Print
- Timeframe is from when the product leaves our warehouse (or partners warehouse) to when it is received back.
- No credit given on shipping fees
- No refund or store credit on customization charges. e.g. lazer engraving, custom stringing, custom dying
- 20% restocking fee on Products that have been customized e.g. dyed head, custom gloves, custom helmet.
- e.g.
- 1. You had a head custom strung. You would get a full store credit on the cost of the unstrung head, but no credit on the custom stringing job.
- 2. You ordered a custom helmet. You would get a store credit minus 20% fee
- 3. You ordered a lazer engraved shaft. You would get a store credit minus 20% fee on the shaft, and receive no credit or refund on the fee for laser engraving so...
- If it doesn't meet your needs, return it within 45 days of your purchase date and you will receive a credit that you can spend on something else. So go ahead and give it a try. If it doesn't work for you, then send it back. We want it to be easy to try out the latest and greatest gear.
