STX Lure Women's Composite Lacrosse Shaft - 2012 Graphics

Things I Liked:

Weight is perfect combo for Brine Amonte Head. Diameter/Thickness fits comfortably in my hands, great medium size. Cross-sectional shape is a soft octagon, which I prefer. Feel of the outer coating is heavenly.

Things to Improve:

The durability of the outer coating. After about a week, the outer coating starts to peel. It begins with small bubbles and increases in size and frequency with more use.

I absolutely love this shaft because I love the compatibility of the STX Lure with the Brine Amonte head. I've been looking for the perfect shaft to evenly distribute the weight throughout the entire length of the stick, since the Amonte is known too be a little heavy. Previously I had the Harrow Title IX Tapered Shaft, which was much too light, making the stick uncomfortably top-heavy. But the STX Lure was perfect. I had some doubts that the shape wouldn't fit completely in my head, but there was only a slight dissimilarity. I was still able to screw it in and kick ass with this stick/head combo :) Only disappointment is when the outer coating started peeling.
