If strung correctly, the level is just as good as any stick out there, you have to pull the outside leathers tight, then you can leave the inside as loose as you want...The Nylon strings are fine except for the ones on top of the head, they are not strong enough to hold up to ground ball pick up, the head needs a better top string.

This was my first stick and it was pretty good for the price. I recommend this for beginners that have never played before.
