When will my order ship?
Each product page has information on shipping for that specific item. But generally any order placed that ships out of the Sportstop.com warehouse will ship the same day if the order is placed by 3:00pm Eastern Time.
Any order placed that ships out of any of our manufacturer's warehouses will take longer. Generally 2-4 days, but again the item page will give more specific information.
Express orders only that are received prior to 3:00pm EST will ship out the same day from Sportstop.com warehouse.
Which warehouse the product ships out from is indicated right on the ad under the box where you add the product to your shopping cart.
Can I ship my order to a different name and address than the bill to name and address?
Yes, you can ship an order to anyone in any of the countries we ship to. All you need to do is to make sure that the Bill To name and address match up exactly with what the credit card company or bank has on file for the Bill To name and address. Then when completing the order form you can ship the order to any person, any where.
Why didn't I get Free Shipping on my order?
Free shipping is only available on orders that are shipped to a physical address in the Continental US.
There are a few reasons why you would not get shipping with your order.
- 1) Your order amount did not reach or exceed $99.00.
- 2) When you were checking out you did not pick “Free Shipping” in the drop down box for your shipping method.
- 3) Your order weight is over 25lbs.
- 4) Your order has oversized products on it.
- 5) Your order is being shipped to AK, HI, PR or an International address.
If the Free Shipping method does not appear or it has a cost to it, then the order does not qualify for it.
Can I express ship any order?
The majority of our products can be Expressed as long as they are shipping out of the Sportstop.com warehouse in Milford, NH. However, we do not allow any products that do not come out of the SportStop.com warehouse to be Expressed via Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day Service. Typically orders that come out of the manufacturer's warehouse are shipped out within 1-3 days from when they receive the order. At that time it is shipped out via regular ground service with UPS.
You can however Express; Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day Service, any products that do come out of the SportStop.com warehouse if your order is placed and received by SportStop.com prior to 3:00pm EST. If you place an order by 3:00pm EST your order will ship out that same day to arrive the next day if Overnight Service was paid for or within 2 days if 2nd Day Service was paid for or within 3 days if 3 Day Service was paid for. Please be aware that if you place an express order on a Friday prior to 3:00pm EST, it will be shipped out that Friday but Overnight Service will arrive on the following Monday, 2nd Day Service will arrive on the following Tuesday and 3 Day Service will arrive on the following Wednesday. Also, if you place an order after 3:00pm EST on a Friday your order will not get shipped out until the following Monday to arrive on Tuesday if Overnight Service was paid for, Wednesday if 2nd Day Service was paid for and Thursday if 3 Day Service was paid for.
Can I Express an order to be shipped outside the Continental United States?
No, Unfortunately we only express orders that are shipped to a Continental United States address. No International orders can be expressed.
