I play attack and put some stringking 2s on this with there pattern and this head was fanominal i used it for about two seasons its pinched perfect and the skoop helps with accuracy but the very top two holes have started cracking nothing to stop it from play but hopefully it stays that way i would definitely recomend this to any offensive player looking for a head thats gonna give them the pin pint accuracy but durabillity needed by an aggressive offensive player
Pros:
Stringing variety
Pointed scoop
Accurate
Stiff
Light
Offset
Feels highend when playing
Cons:
Scoop makes difficulty with Gbs
Top holes are cracking

Surgeon-Like Precision Review

by From CLEVELAND, OH
Let me start of by saying that I play midfield, attack, LSM, defense, and I also face-off. The areas I would say are suitable to use this head would be an offensive middie or an attack man. The head has a very tight face shape, and an aggressive scoop that contribute to stringing a very nice channel. Even though the head is X6 spec, due to the curve of the scoop, the top string holes are very well spaced which means that there should not be any lip if the top string is strung properly. Many of you are probably aware of Highstrunglacrosse and his use of these heads with a high pocket for lsm, but I feel this is not the best way to use the head. The Forward Cant on the head does a good job of providing enough offset to feel the ball, but the sidewall rail makes high pockets with good channels a little difficult. While it is possible to string a high pocket with a nice channel, the plastic is much more flexible than the original Surgeon 10, and if the channel is strung too tight it will pinch the backside of the head in causing a slight flare and potential illegal pinch. A mid pocket with a tight channel that doesn't strain the plastic is ideal from my uses with this head. The ACP does an excellent job of maintaining the shape of the head, but this is both good and bad. I don't believe this would be good for a long pole because repeated poke checks will cause the head to warp and the ACP will not allow it back to shape as easily as you would like. All in all this head is still in the top 10 offensive heads in the market, but as an all position head it does fall a little short.
Pros:
Amazing spacing for sidewall and top string holes. Very light. Well-balanced.
Cons:
Scoop, I have heard that they are changing it. Ballstop and bottom string area there is a deep cut out that makes the bottom string slightly different.

Possibly the best head ever

This head feels & looks very expensive. I absolutely love it! There is SO much detail! They really did a good job remaking this head. Its super light and the stringing holes are perfect. Perfect offensive head unless you faceoff and I'm sure it would do just fine for defenders.
Pros:
Stiffness, extreme amount of detail, pinch, lightweight, stringing holes
Cons:
Nothing

One of the best heads on the market

Seeing as that I am a lax rat and have strung up and played with almost every stx, warrior, and brine head made since 2010 I can say this is one of my top 3 heads of all time.
Pros:
Stiff, perfectly placed stringing holes, top string holes and bottom string hole accommodate traditional well, great face shape. Overall great head.
Cons:
Stay away from making the scoop a matte finish. It's gets dirty easier.
