Shadow Shoulder Pads

by - verified purchaser From PEACHTREE CITY, GA
gave these to my son for x-mas. He used them last week and loved them. Said they were light, gave great protection, and my wife and I both noticed that they dried out after rain and sweat real quick.
Pros:
Comfortable, good protection, and quick dry
Cons:
right now none

Sizing

Just a quick note to people buying these pads, they seem to fit smaller than some other makers. My son who is 6ft tall and 150lbs was on the border of a Warrior medium sized set, so getting a large for him to grow into made sense. Not so, they are smaller than his players club mediums. Anyone over 5'7" should get XL.
Pros:
These are very well made, very lightweight, great design, well thought out.
Cons:
Nothing

Beat shoulder pads available

I love mine. Have worn other pads before, but these actually protect while allowing the full range of motion.
Pros:
Total protection with absolute freedom of movement.
Cons:
Nothing

Not bad , but

by - verified purchaser From SACTOWN
My son has been playing Goalie this past season and has recently moved to defense. Was looking for a pad that wasn't bulky but could give protection from hits. One good hit with a stick to the area of unprotected area at the shoulder joint and it rotater cuff injury.
Pros:
Sleek design
Cons:
Area between the bicep pad and shoulder pad. He also plays defense man on an Ice Hockey team so his mindset on blocking shots with whatever it takes seems to be not the norm in lacrosse.

Great shoulder pads. They are like the K18.
Pros:
Protective. Lightweight.
Cons:
Straps instead of velcro. Too expensive. Stx should make removable shoulder caps so you could turn your shoulder pads into a speed liner.
