    Great FIL stick

This is the best FIL head and shaft out there. However, I would strongly suggest getting these stick restrung. The only good factory pocket that I''ve seen is the RAIL pocket that UA uses. Make sure to get the FIL version if you plan on playing Internationally.

    I''m in love!

This stick is a wonder, and a true upgrade from my Apex. It is very light and balanced. I was wary about trying an STX stick, especially the precision pocket, but I can already see why people love it. I have worked a nice high pocket into the precision pocket which feels good. However I think this will become illegal quite easily while the strings settle in initially. I''m unsure of the string lock at this stage, it is a great idea and I hope it doesn''t slip during play. The face of the stick is really pinched in, my ball control is better cradling at various heights. I''ve not yet fully tested longer range passing, but I don''t anticipate any issues. The pointed scoop feels quite rigid on ground balls and the plastic of the head is much less flexible than my Apex, but I think this rigidity will help with accuracy and I quickly adjusted and stopped noticing this. The shaft has such a great all weather grip! I rate this much better than the debeer soft feel grip and I think it will be more durable over time compared to my triax shaft. The teardrop shape has the same orientation feel as the triax, but it is a thicker (standard width) shaft which is a lovely change.
