Maverik Fox Lacrosse Shoulder Pads

Things I Liked:

Light and flexible, with what appears to be solid protection from the shoulders and upper arm guard. My 13U player is just starting, and this has not been game tested, but for the price they seem well worth it.

Things to Improve:

The straps in back. I wanted to tighten the fit around his chest, but instead of being like a normal strap that you can tighten or loosen, it's just Velcro and you Velcro the strap to where you want it to be. Maybe all pads are like this, we haven't played lax before. Just feels like its not the sturdiest way to strap up the pads, and I imagine over time the Velcro will be even less likely to stick due to wear and tear. Just my 2 cents...should have been a normal strap with an adjustable clasp to tighten or loosen.
