The 13mm mesh has slightly smaller diamonds than traditional hard mesh which creates a very smooth release while still having great hold. This mesh is coated in a special coating to make it waterproof, easy to break in, and durable.

in north jersey it rains almost every game and this mesh i perfect. it is soft for great hold and easy stringing but is hard enough to hold any pocket. You truly get the best of both worlds of soft and hard mesh plus its water proof! it is amazing and everyone should get it regardless of weather.
