brine shafts tend to be strong and heavier due to brine's tendency to use thicker side walls, warrior, gait, and maverik seem to have found a good balance
Pros:
extremely strong like the appearance
Cons:
weight is average, not bad, but expected better

Solid Shaft

by - verified purchaser From SYRACUSE, NY
It's a solid shaft that is a little heavier than some may be used to based on the new shafts being created. This is the third that I've bought, each of the previous lasting over 2 seasons without major dents. I like a heavier shaft, a stick check comes with a little more force. I'm a big fan of the "older" builds for Brine long sticks vs. new/lighter/thinner designs.
Pros:
Grip Weight Durability
Cons:
N/A
