Great head for the price

by From HOLLY SPRINGS, NC
I bought this to put on my son's d-pole, and I'm very happy with the head. I was able to string a really nice mid pocket in it with a solid channel for such a wide face. It's also pretty stiff and gobbles up ground balls. I could see this being a great head for an LSM or short stick d mid, because it's versatile enough to be used on offense, although I'm not sure I'd call it an "offensive" head being as wide as it is. Great value!
Pros:
stiff, wide, lots of stringing holes, price
Cons:
the top stringing holes were a little small...tough to do a triangle top string, but I managed

Great defensive head. Sure, there are lighter weight options, but this one features an excellent blend of weight, stringing options, and offset. Color options, too!
Pros:
Light weight, good scoop, stringing options.
Cons:
Would prefer more rigidity.

The Edge

It took a long time for this head to finally give out and break and I would definitely buy it again.
Pros:
Very stiff and it kept its stiffness through two years of spring, a year of summer, winter, and fall lacrosse. Lots of string holes for stringing options. strong throat.
Cons:
nothing that I can think of.

great head

by - verified purchaser From NEW JERSEY
this head is probably the best head next to the clutch. I got this because i didnt want the clutch, i wanted to be different so i bought this. i am happy i did because i rarely ever miss a ground ball, my shot has increased in speed and accuracy thanks to the whip and control it gives. The numerous amount of stringing holes give my a custom pocket that will rarely ever drop a ball. i paired it with a swizzbeat and it has become my baby, the goal scoring machine.
Pros:
the stiffness
the flat head for scooping
the whip it adds to my shot
the wideness between sidewalls
the control it gives
the top and sidewall holes allowing a custom pocket
the colors
Cons:
nothing
