evo 3x review

by - verified purchaser From GAITHURSBURG, MARYLAND
overall its worth the purchase.
Pros:
it is a very strong head and whatever string job you get on it, its going to be amazing
Cons:
i play middie and i always liked the evo series because of the shape. on the evo 3x, it is pretty wide, just a simple pinch will do the trick.

Excellent

by - verified purchaser From SF, CA
I own far to many lacrosse heads, and this is very likely my favorite. Its face shape is slightly narrower than the new Evo 4X, and isn't any heavier-- at least if you purchase the all white model which doesn't have the 2 shot process (which adds weight).
Pros:
Great shape. Lots of stringing holes. Excellent scoop. Pretty stiff.
Cons:
The throat area of the head could be improved by not having sharp edges. I sand the edges down slightly to soften the transition between the head and shaft, important for one-handed cradling.
