Your inner arm will get a rash unless you wear an elbow sleeve. not a good midi or attack pad, overall, go for something a little more expensive, for they will last longer and provide more comfort.

You have to break them in for a tiny bit, but after that they are GREAT. They provide great mobility with protection. No need to spend like $40-$60 on arm pads when you can get these things! They are great, Kyle Harrison did a great job designing them.
