Things I Liked:
They are very breathable and flexible. Another thing to love is the price.
Things to Improve:
Very little protection. I play at the varsity level and I am very nervous that my elbows will break with one single check.

If you are a younger midfielder than these are great but if you arent get the brine king II arm pads or one of the warrior mll arm pads. they are both around the same price as these.
