Bottom line: these are the best slash guards I've ever owned. My biggest complaint in the past has been guards that slip down my arm. Whether playing box of field lacrosse, it's a pain when you have to constantly pull them up. Most new arm guards will fit great for the first while, then the elasticity leaves the straps or the material absorbs the sweat and down they go. The G22's have loosened up a bit compared to when they were new, but only slightly so. Solid protection from slashes and most stick contact (the upper arm pad goes nice and high as well) although I'd love to see more protection on the lower forearm. When D-poles clamp hard they often hit all arm which stings a bit.
