Straight Nasty

Things I Liked:

PRICE
stiffness(nasty poke checks)
lack of pinch(easy to catch for defense)
makes a nice pocket with nice hold and throwing

Things to Improve:

On my kryptolyte it doesn't go all the way on and it is really not a big deal and still works fine probley because of the kung fu grip

Bbot1 - NJ - 5/23/2010

NASTY!!!!

Things I Liked:

everything. the pinch is just right, gb pickup is smooth, and for a middie, pole, or even attack, this head'll take so much abuse and still be in great condition. stiff and durable.

Things to Improve:

it's a little heavy but totally worth it.

Full Review:

accurate and durable=great head. i play middie and it's a great investment.

Insane!!

Things I Liked:

-Stiffness i have bent some of the stiffest heads on the market with my poke checks but after 2 months no bends or cracks at all -Stringing Holes if you string it right it will have a lot of hold and throw amazing just what i like for defense

Things to Improve:

-Scoop i find it not as good as some of the other heads I have used

Full Review:

Great head

Things I Liked:

very accurate Easy to use, I can switch it between my d pole and attack stick. Durable Pinched perfectly so allows you to scoop through balls well

Things to Improve:

if stringing is too tight or too loose it will not throw well

Full Review:

great head

Decent Head

Things I Liked:

Great defensive head, Inexpensive, good throw, good for ground balls, all around it is a good head.

Things to Improve:

Not as strong as the STX Excalibur or X10, Losses stiffness after a couple of months if you're a power poke check kind of guy.

Full Review:

If you play D like me, I use a lot of poke checks, you go through a new head every 6 to eight months (if playing all year round) because they usually get pretty flimsy by that point, this head only lasted me about four it is not as strong as some of the other top rated defensive heads out there but what it lacks in strength it makes up in for price, replacing this head with the same head won't burn a whole in your pocket i mean it is $30-$40 cheaper than most other quality heads out there. I would suggest this head for really any defender because I have been pleased with it. If you are looking for a little better quality and have the cash to spend as a D-Pole I would suggest the STX X-10 or Excalibur depending on what level you play at.
