First freshman goalie and this head works great. I had an STX Goalmaster head before and the Guardian is 5 times better especially on clears

THE BEST HEAD GOING AROUND. FORGET ECLIPSE GET THE GUARDIAN. only thing is the pocket at first is bad if you buy it strung but all pockets are like that when you buy a head strung. just make it bigger its not that hard.

Very light, amazing head. it looks awesome right out of the package, and if strung right you can get a very deep pocket. It is very light and you can feel the weight difference with about any shaft. I can drop dimes from about 40-50 yards easy with this head. Positively amazing, I will never use another head.

Definitely not for a beginner. for someone who is planning on playing through high school and play college. Very durable. I love everything about this head.

Its a great head i had the Eclipse, but i didnt like it as much and the guardian got me so much saves its ridiculous

i don't understand the people below... it is lighter than the nemi (this is 10.8 oz and the nemi is 11.6), i have had mine for a few seasons and taken a bunch of the sides/top of the head and it hasn't broken yet. i love the flex. it saved itself once. i stepped on the side, and it flex over itself. my money just broke in half when that happened. i love this head!
