Face looks like a boxla head with less pinch, long and narrow. shouldn't have to worry about breaking this thing. easy to string a good pocket high,low or mid

with durability comes added weight, not too heavy though. not much offset but thats not always bad

Haven't played enough to comment on durability, but the shape is definitely not too wide - good for all aspects of the game. It is kinda like the old proton plus - but you can't find any of those around any more, even with the same kind of discount.

Things to Improve:

Personal preference - might like stiffer mesh.

As far as I can tell, this head was first released about five years ago, so I am guessing that Brine is getting rid of old stock. This head may be "last year's" model, but what the heck - you are getting a top-notch stick at a great price.

a little heavier than the edge, but that was in my hand. On the stick you really cant tell too much of a difference.

This is a great face off head if you are a clamper. This head will never get rolled over. It is also great on the jamb. It has an old school feel with less offset much like the days of the M1 (not to date myself).

This is a head I have used for a number of years and am glad to find it still available. Love the stiffness, great for face-offs, ground balls, passing & catching. Great for beginners though advanced, depending on your tastes.
