My son is 5'7" and 125 and mediums are considerably too large. Come out with a size small to go with the med & lg. Otherwise very good.

Flexibility and protection are great
sizing is way bigger than original size
I ordered a large and it is a lot bigger than i had expected. Make the pads smaller towards the forearms.

on the pads there is a space at the top of your elbow were there are no pads
