Centrik U

by From LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA
Most well rounded head on the market. excellent performance with gound balls. Perfect 2 way middie head. Compact evo 2x feel to it. The ultimate compromise and dream head for the middie time and room shots as well as alley dodges and shooting down the alley. I'd give this head 6 stars if I could
Pros:
very light, strong and sturdy, great face shape, perfect scoop, easy to string
Cons:
No functional attributes, maybe some more color options, but thats about it.

Stellar, versatile head. A Shooters dream.

by From TEXAS
Outstanding, well rounded head. Lightweight. Stiff, strong enough to withstand direct checks to the head, shrugs of the hyper flex on GB's when you dig the scoop directly into the turf. Maximum heat resistance, I left it in my truck on a typical Texas 95 degree day, most heads wilt under those conditions, but the Centrik maintained it's rigidity like a champ. The head is tailored for a two way middie and the increased stiffness definitely supports this. However, unless your an Offensive minded LSM, I would not use the Centrik as a D head, Go with the Tank. I love the Level 4 bottom rail. It's the optimal position for a mid/ mid high pocket. But, the design of the head allows you so much flexibility in pocket position. I prefer a mid low/ low pocket and the Level 4 allows you to have a lower pocket that emulates the quick release, always cocked characteristics of a high pocket. Just a pure performer.
Pros:
Light: You feel the weight of the ball and not the bulk of the head.
Scoop: The plane of the scoop funnels the ball quickly to the sweet spot of the pocket.
Stiffness: Nothing flimsy about the Centrik. Absorbs checks & dishes them out equally well, while still maintaining a stable platform to launch shots or make accurate feeds.
Versatility: Made for a mid, mid high. The Centrik performs incredibly well with mid low, or a low.
Cons:
Needs a Navy Blue color option.
