I got this shaft at the beginning of the season and it only as one little nick on it. I play defense and throw a lot of stick checks, so I was pretty surprised

its an extremely light stick i would reccomend to a midfielder or an attackman. i put a noz on it and it weighs less than a ball

ive been using this shaft for about a year now and i use a brine gospel head on it and it is absolutely amazing

When I got this I was so shocked about how light it was that I didn't pay too much attention to the feel of the shaft. It feels as if it were made of plastic and I feel like its going to snap whenever i throw a check. I also have a couple knicks here and there but what concerns me is the massive dents I have from loose ball situations trying to knock the stick out of the other players hands. I also use an STX scandium pro from 09 and I don't have a single massive dent like i do on the ice and I have been using the scandium since august of 2010. overall I think gait could have done a much better job with this shaft and to everyone out there who is thinking about buying this, dont mess around, just buy STX.
