    Shoulder Pad???

    First, I would start by saying these are more of a speed pad rather than an actual shoulder pad. I bought these for my 16 year old son who plays attack and he loves them. The pads are very minimalistic, very light, and the mobility is a plus. When I received them in the mail, I thought they had sent Youth Large instead of Adult Large. But, after a brief conversation with a Sportstop rep I found out Epoch does not make Youth sizes. My son is 5''8 and 155 pounds, and the large fit him great. However, the detachable arm pads are way too small and my son wound up taking them off, which now leave his upper arms and shoulders more vulnerable to slashes, checks, hits, etc. I would recommend these for older more developed players and not kids who are just starting off. All in all I''m satisfied with the purchase.

    Not as light as others but a lot more comfortable.

    Perfect for the minimalist defender! I have epoch every thing and the low weight and high quality if all their products have improved my game.

    Great product

    These are the best fitting and the most comfortable pads we have ever bought. The pads got soaked in a torrential downpour and the next day they were dry and ready to go. They are flexible and give great protection. By far the best we have ever purchased. My son is very happy with them.
