What's goin' on guys. This is Trice here with sportstop.com, and today we're going to breakdown Epoch Lacrosse's Gen. 6 Dragonfly C30 iQ9 Attack Lacrosse Shaft. Let's go ahead and check this out. Alright guys. So right here, I have the C30 iQ9 Gen. 6 Dragonfly Attack Lacrosse Shaft from Epoch Lacrosse. We're gonna take a look at a lot of the details here. I'll break it down for you. Before we go too far, I'm going to go ahead and throw it on the scale and let you guys take a look at the numbers. And then we'll get a nice look at it. So here we go. Put my scale in here. Let that calm down. Now this is weighed with an end cap and on the scale, right there, it's 6.2 ounces. That's a pretty light shaft. It feels nice in the hands. I'm gonna start down here at this end, so let's get this focused. There we go. Alright, so there you can see your C, which stands for the shape of the shaft, which is concave. It's just like your standard octagonal shape, nice common cave facets here. IQ9 for the flex rating. The higher the number here on the iQ, the softer the shaft is, so the more flex it has naturally. As I spin it in the light, you can see the grit on the grip itself. This is a nice slip grip, really nice feel in the hands. It allows you to put your hands quickly where you need them. As we move down the shaft, you'll see Epoch on the backside here. Really clean with the way they did Dragonfly, just minor changes on the graphics for the Gen. 6 in comparison to the Gen. 5. And then we make it down toward the butt-end, and when I turn it around on the back side, they breakdown all the technologies listed in this shaft. So, I'll focus this again. So there you see Gen. 6, C30, Torque Box, this is new for the Gen. 6. The Torque Box is, in a quick way to say it, they're manipulated the layers of carbon fibers in specific areas on the shaft mainly just above your bottom hand and all the way up to the top of the shaft, really increasing the strength in the center, reducing the weight slightly, and giving you a much stronger shaft that isn't going to flex, side-to-side flex rather, when you shoot a pass. Reload technology, the same as in the Gen. 5, and then here's your flex rating here. The higher the number the softer the shaft is, but that in completion... There's your butt-end. That's gonna be your Gen. 6 C30 iQ9 Dragonfly Attack Lacrosse Shaft from Epoch Lacrosse. Go ahead and check these out at SportStop.com. Guys, thanks for watching.
