I think these were really good arm pads.My first pair of arm pads were shorter and they did not protect as much, making it hard for a first year player to move in for a shot and get battered by the sticks in doing so. With the extra length in the pads I feel better protected and not as hesitant to move in.
Pros:
I liked that it had more padding then my other arm pads.I also liked that there was a gel lining inside to help keep it on my arm.
Cons:
I think you should improve the movement it is a little hard to move my arm.
