Brine arm guard

by From LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY
Very comfortable, tight, flex arm guard. Feels better than most arm guards because of the way it fits to your arm.
Pros:
The grip on the inside so it prevents from sliding down your arm. It's light on my arms. The padding absorbs hits really good.
Cons:
Nothing

All the protection none of the downsides

by From TOPSHAM, ME
I am a HS middie and my style of play is to cut through the middle, as such I take plenty of abuse. Also I play a little midified box, and there is a good amount of contact involved with that. My arm pads were not cutting the mustard.
But I didn't want to get full-on hot, heavy, mobility-restricting "hard plate" arm guards.
I got the Brine Clutch AGs and I couldn't be happier.
They cover from mid forearm to mid bicep while staying cool, light, and flexible. There is a rigid, "floating" elbow cap. They pass the ultimate test for protective gear: the only time you are aware of them is when you realize you didn't feel a check!
They are mobile enough that I would even recommend them to defensemen - you aren't giving up anything.
Full on box guys will want more than this, but almost everybody else would be more than satisfied with Brine Clutch AGs.
Pros:
Protective from mid forearm to mid bicep while staying cool, light, and flexible.
Great value - the clean, simple design means all the benefits with less of the cost.
