Amonte Head : Great but fragile

Things I Liked:

Everything but that it broke.

Things to Improve:

Strength.

Full Review:

Warrior Version - Great head - would be excellent except it broke - and without a memorable impact.
Very disappointing at these prices - never even made it through a school season. Purchased in Summer broke 2 weeks ago.
Still I bought the Brine version - hope it holds up.

Not as good as the Warrior amonte

Things I Liked:

The head is extremly good for ground balls and catching

Things to Improve:

The main two leathers of the stick are horrible were they connect to the stick it is weak. Both leathers broke the second time I used the stick.

Favorite Head

Things I Liked:

The low sidewalls, making the pocket deeper; stringing, weight, strength, the curve of the head for accuracy and ground balls.

Things to Improve:

The txp stringing isnt as good as the hot pocket.

Full Review:

Great head; one of my favorites. The reason why its rated so low is that the other reviewers were reviewing the warrior amonte. Not the Brine.

Amazing Stick for an Attacker/Middie

Things I Liked:

Amazing feel for the ball, v-scoop and angle of where the scoop hits the ground makes groundballs so easy it's almost unfair. (You don't have to get down nearly as far to successfully snag a groundball.) Very accurate for passing/shooting and is great for fast shots and sidearms.

Things to Improve:

Probably not the best stick for low-D as it is definitely optimized for shooting/passing and less for checking/intercepting. Also word on the street is the factory stringing has been AWFUL and breaks really quickly (though it may be improved now), but in either case definitely buy it unstrung and string it yourself with a GRIPPER PRO piece! The Gripper Pro with the Amonte is a great combo.

Full Review:

I love this stick. I'm obsessed with lacrosse sticks and trying all the new heads and since getting my Warrior Amonte a couple years ago I've tried no less than 5 other heads and always come back to this one. (I've also played with the Brine version sold here and it's just as good if not better as it's a bit more substantial but with the same great shape.) Love it.

The Best Head for Girls.

Things I Liked:

The low sidewalls allow for a deep pocket and the head has just the right width where the ball fits in nicely without moving too much. The Amonte withstands checks very well and even if you're a defenseman you can still benefit, because the passing game is greatly improved with this head.

Things to Improve:

Honestly, I believe the Amonte is the best women's head on the market.

I would reccomend this head to any intermediate to high level player.

Great for any position

Things I Liked:

i love this head Ive played almost every position with it (besides center) and it was perfect for all of them when im playing defense i can easily intercept passes and block shots, while playing midfield i can scoop up a ball effortlessly and throw the ball extremely far and accurately to my attacks, and while playing attack i can catch passes and make super powerful accurate shots plus the cradle is AMAZING

Things to Improve:

Nothing my strings have NOT broken a tiny bit not even torn, its strong and never n=bends

Full Review:

I have this head paired with the brine rhythm and i love it!

Low D

Things I Liked:

I play low defense and although some people say that it isn't great, I can pick up ground balls effortlessly, and the cradle is amazing!! i never drop the ball on a catch and it is in general a great stick all around

Things to Improve:

I have had it for 3 years and it's been great but i have to get it restrung because it's not strong enough....but i do play rough so...
