Great for price

by From MACOMB, MI
Was worried about putting it together because of all comments made by men about how difficult it was to hook up net with bungees. My 11 year old and I put it together in no time. Have to alternate sides when putting on bungees. Son loves it, much better than wall ball!
Pros:
Easy to assemble
Ball comes back fast
Cons:
Nothing

Lives up to expectations

by From ARVADA, CO
I have not got to use it with a real ball yet. I have it set up in our basement for now (This colorado snow and freezing weather would just ruin it outside) and we are using foams against it. It is real ice, the net wasn't as hard to get on as you would think. It is just the last 2 or three, but if you get the corners in first and have 2 people working it at the same time it goes up in a snap! So far so good, really enjoying it!
Couldn't give it a 5 star because I haven't used a real ball on it yet!
Pros:
-Easy Assembly
-Bounces back enough
-Aesthetically appealing
-Great for stick skills
Cons:
I think that if it wasn't the elastic bands that held the net to the frame, but instead some springs, i think that it would have a longer life. Have't test it yet, just an idea.

Beats Mat Units

by - verified purchaser From DOMINION LAX !
This is likely not heavy duty enough for team use but is a great home unit. The price is right. Mat replacement on larger units is $99 - On this...$20 bucks.
Pros:
Replaced my Brine Mat wall with this unit. Consistent bounce with realistic speed Small and easy to move around. Use it for pass and shoot practice with your back yard net
Cons:
Followed the directions and didn't struggle with bungees. Maybe STX changed the design? Would like to see a shot ribbon to make a target like old baseball pithbacks used to have

My son played it for hours... in the dark and cold and couldnt get enough of it

Great Product!

by - verified purchaser From CUMMING, GA
Great product overall-highly recommended! Does require 2-persons for net set-up. 13-yr old son tried both styles (this one and the more expensive trampoline material" beforehand--said this one is better.
Pros:
Good Bounce, Sturdy Frame
Cons:
Shipment arrived with a cracked angle adjustment knob.

Good for light duty usage

by - verified purchaser From KATY, TX
I bought three of the STX rebounders for my lacrosse club. Although a good value, they are difficult to assemble and the bungee hooks break too easily, which is a big downside if you are using them daily with a lacrosse club. Otherwise this is a good net for backyard usage.
Pros:
Sturdy frame
Easy to adjust angle
Cons:
Bungee cord hooks (made of cheap aluminum) break easily when struck by lacrosse balls. I cannot find replacement parts.
Net is VERY difficult to assemble and requires two people. I recommend using a foot-long piece of twine to pull the bungee hook around the pole while the other person hooks the bungee to the net.

Great buy!

by - verified purchaser From NORTH CAROLINA
4 stars for the product and it would have received 5 if not for the difficulty of putting the net on.
Pros:
This was a great product for the price and is working just as well as more expensive models. It works as advertised and was very easy to assemble, other than the net itself.
Cons:
The net was painfully horrible to put together. It came with these mini bungi cord connectors that you had to wrap around the metal part of the rebounder and hook on to the net. As you went along the net got harder and harder to put on and blood was coming out of more than one finger by the time it was done. Once together however it is a great item.

Good and Bad

by - verified purchaser From UTICA NY
Once it was put together this item worked well. I feel that STX should provide consumers with some kind of tool to assist in assembly. At times I was a worried that my hand would slip and the cord would injure someone.
Pros:
The frame seems well built and the positions are easy to change.
Cons:
It was extreamly difficult to hook the net up with my bare hands. The cords were so tight it took 2 people to connect them. My fingers still hurt. Finaly I used the tool from my trampoline to pull the net tight while we hooked in the cords.
