Good practice ball

by From ASHBURN, VA
I use these balls for my youth lacrosse team. They hold up, create confidence for my goalies, and the kids use them when their helmets are off. They weigh close enough to a real ball so these are perfect for throwing around the house. For the price, you can't beat it. You can go to a large sports store and pay 10$ for a 2-pack, where here, you can buy them half the price!
Pros:
Sturdy
Cons:
Nothing

Practice lacrosse balls

by - verified purchaser From HORSEHEADS,NY
Worked Great in the schools gymnasium that doesn't allow lacrosse balls because of the damage they do. kids loved them! much better feel than tennis balls when practicing for tournaments
Pros:
same size of a lacrosse ball, without the damage, better feel in your stick than a tennis ball
Cons:
would like it to weigh a little more not to much to where it starts to do damage

Great for indoors

by - verified purchaser From CHICAGO, IL
Just starting out and these balls really make it possible to introduce my kids to the sport without worrying about serious damage. Used them in a basketball court this weekend. Not a single scuff or smudge. Looking forward to using them against my garage door once the temperature gets above 10 here in Chicago.
Pros:
Soft and great for newbies and small kids
Cons:
Nothing I can think of

Indoor Practice Ball

by - verified purchaser From GRAND FORKS, ND
This ball is soft enough that you can throw against walls inside and it won't cause damage. It is also soft enough that it hurts a lot less to get hit with. A lot less. The disadvantage is that it achieves this by reducing the weight of the ball. This means that the ball will not feel the same in your stick as a regular ball, and I've found it has a slightly different release as well. Good for keeping your stick skills up when it's too cold and snowy to play outside. But, it will not replace your regular balls.
Pros:
Soft, has some weight, doesn't cause damage, doesn't make lots of sound when it bounces indoors
Cons:
not as heavy as a real lacrosse ball

Great beginner balls

by - verified purchaser From MEADVILLE, PA
Definitely buy them if you want a safer / softer ball to use with beginners and younger kids
Pros:
Soft enough to use with the 6 and 12 year olds and not get hurt when they miss the catch
Cons:
none

Great balls for back of the house prax

by - verified purchaser From LONDONDERRY, NH
My son plays morning, noon, and night, and these are great practice balls for him.
Pros:
Soft, so when my son "accidentally" hits the back of the house, it doesn't do a ton of damage. Bright color helps us find them when they end up in the woods.
Cons:
Nothing. It's a rubber lacrosse ball....
