Great for Speed and agility drills
Things I Liked:
Good quality!! Definitely will last quite a long time. Very low to the ground to avoind tripping. By yourself a stop watch if you don't already have one. Timing yourself and seeing your gradual improvement is encouraging. You will be surprised at how much of a workout this can be. The intensity is kind of like jumping rope...it doesn't seem like it should really tax your body much but boy-O-boy...this makes other aerobic excercises seem like childs play.
Things to Improve:
nothing to the product itself...but I suggest adding $5-$10 to the price so that you can include a dvd with drills. There are plenty of free videos on YouTube, Nike.com, etc. so don't let this prevent you from impacting your decision. This is definitely a quality product.

Buy it, it will improve lateral reaction, 40yd dash times, foot speed in general.
